Voicing opinion on public property is damaging!! The spray here is really very thick and bold!!
I find sticking of bills on walls an act of desecration too!! Good take on the prompt!!

yes, it's considered vandalism in the eyes of the law here. the symbol depicted in the picture here is 'anarchy', that's how opinionated it is! i find sticking bills on walls more unsightly than graffiti.

it has been said that graffiti can be a measure of a city's decline. the more there are the faster is the city declining. i don't know how true it is. :)
