Day 18
In the beginning there was the PLAN, and with it the PROCEDURES. It was passed to the Workers, who were totally in the dark about it, and they dismissed it to their Line Managers :
"It's a whole load of shit!"
The Line Managers analysed it and concluded to the Directors :
"It's fertile and plants can grow on it."
The Directors pondered and passed it on to the Vice Presidents :
"It's fertilizer and there's potential for growth."
The VPs looked at it and made a report to the President :
"It is strong stuff, we recommend it"
And the President reported to the Board of Directors and exclaimed :
"Everybody understands it and it is a powerful plan!"
And the BoD nodded their heads in wise agreement, and so the PLAN becomes POLICY.
